Research and Development: No case is too unusual for us

For some time our main customers in the furniture, kitchen and window industry no longer work exclusively with wood and plastic-coated surfaces. A variety of new materials like HP-foils, HPL, vinyl, stone and also metal and powder coatings have been added with different properties and require specialist repair techniques. Being a link between the manufacturers and the processing industry or rather the trade, we see it as our task to always be one step ahead with new developments. In our R & D department, lacquer and chemical engineers work on new and improved products and carry out different series of tests. Thus, for instance we test new surfaces with regard to their repair capability and give appropriate recommendations to the manufacturers.
